NanOsc FMR Spectrometers

Revolutionary turn-key FMR spectrometer

NanOsc provides ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) spectrometers that use coplanar
waveguide (CPW) sample mounts.
PhaseFMR
The PhaseFMR spectrometer is a plug and play system allows broadband CPW-FMR characterization
with lock-in capability. It uncludes its own RF frequency source as well as lock-in detection module,
so that the only parts required to conduct an experiment are a computer for software control and an
electromagnet with a power supply.

CryoFMR SPECTROSCOPY
A cryogenic FMR version is available for use with QuantumDesign PPMS systems and the Montana MATERIALS SCIENCE
Instruments Cryostation. Both versions have custom designed cryogenic probes with local thermometry
and provide both in plane and out of plane sample mounts.

• Temperature range for the CryoFMR for PPMS instruments: 4 K to 400 K
• Temperature range for the CryoFR for Montana Instruments: 10 K to 350 K
• Frequency range 2 to 17 GHz
